High protection without the greasy finish
Most people with oily or acne-prone skin skip sunscreen because it feels heavy, looks shiny, and triggers congestion. Spirowhite 60 Sunblock Gel was built specifically to remove that excuse. It delivers SPF 60+ with PA+++ broad-spectrum coverage in a gel base that dries down matte and stays put.
Why it works for oily and breakout-prone skin
- SPF 60+ / PA+++ — broad-spectrum defence against both UVB burning rays and UVA rays linked to premature ageing and pigmentation.
- Sebum control — helps manage midday shine instead of adding to it.
- Non-comedogenic — formulated so it will not clog pores.
- Water-resistant — holds up through heat, humidity, and sweat.
- Non-greasy gel texture — absorbs quickly and sits well under makeup.
Why sunscreen matters most in a brightening routine
Every brightening active you apply is working against fresh UV exposure. Without daily sun protection, dark spots keep returning and progress stalls. If you are using kojic acid, glutathione, salicylic acid, or niacinamide, daily SPF is the step that protects that investment.
How to use
Apply generously as the final step of your morning routine, roughly fifteen minutes before going outdoors. Reapply every two to three hours during prolonged sun exposure, and more often after swimming or heavy sweating. Suitable for daily use across the face and neck.

Frequently asked questions
Will it leave a white cast?
No. This is a clear gel formula designed to disappear on brown and medium-to-deep South Asian skin tones, which is exactly where most sunscreens fail.
Will it make my oily skin worse?
It is oil-free and non-comedogenic, and dries down to a matte finish rather than a shine. It was formulated specifically for people who gave up on sunscreen because everything else felt greasy.
What does PA+++ mean?
SPF measures protection against UVB, the rays that burn. PA measures protection against UVA, the rays that age skin and drive pigmentation. PA+++ is a high UVA rating — you need both numbers, not just SPF.
How much should I apply, and how often?
Roughly two finger-lengths for the face and neck. Reapply every 2 to 3 hours if you are outdoors, sweating, or sitting near a window for long stretches.
Do I need it indoors or on cloudy days?
Yes. Up to 80% of UV passes through cloud, and UVA penetrates window glass. If you are treating pigmentation or acne marks, daily sunscreen is the step that makes everything else work.
Can I wear it under makeup?
Yes. Let it set for two minutes, then apply makeup as normal.
Is it safe for acne-prone skin?
Yes — it is non-comedogenic and does not contain heavy oils. It is a good fit alongside the Biospire anti-acne range.
